Symptoms

After applying patch 34444470 R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.17, it was observed that there are several invalid FFP(Fast Formula Package) objects in the Database.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply RUP17 patch 34444470 as per Doc ID 2935957.1.
2. Review invalid objects and observe
