Symptoms

When adding item to cart, JBO-25023 error thrown

ERROR

oracle.jbo.domain.GenericDomainException: JBO-25023: Error while performing operation: Date:addJulianDays on domain value:xxxx-xx-xx of class:oracle.jbo.domain.Date.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement responsibility -iProcurement Home page
2. Search for Item
3. Try to add item sourced from BPA - click Add to Cart
