Transfer Time from OTL to BEE Process Errors with The query returned no results on Concurrent Program Log (Doc ID 2965963.1)

Symptoms

Transfer Time from OTL to BEE process is finishing in error. The following error can be found on Transfer Time from OTL to BEE concurrent program log:


ERROR

The query returned no results.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Self Service responsibility.

2. Navigate to Time > Create timecard.

3. Employee enter timecard details and submit for approval.

4. Login as manager and approve the timecard.

5. Using Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Application Developer responsibility.

6. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit a New Request button.

7. Search for Transfer Time from OTL to BEE concurrent program.

8. Enter Parameters as required and Submit the process.

9. Transfer Time from OTL to BEE concurrent program is Completed.

10. Using HRMS Manager responsibility.

11. Navigate to View > Payroll Process Results.

12. Query the Payroll and From - To date.

13. Select the Batch Element Entry and deleted.

14. Go to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > BEE Summary.

15. Select Batch Name > Check Process checkbox > Go to Process button and select Purge option.

16. Using Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Application Developer responsibility.

17. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit a New Request button.

18. Search for Transfer Time from OTL to BEE concurrent program.

19. Enter Parameters as required and Submit the process.

20. Transfer Time from OTL to BEE concurrent program finish in error.
