Symptoms

When accessing the Charges and Service Logistics page from the HTML User Interface the page takes a long time to load.

Steps:
1. Support Specialist Responsibility.
2. Agent Dashboard > Open any Service Request > Select Charges and Service Logistics from the "Actions" drop down.
3. The page takes several minutes to respond.
