Symptoms

When applying AD Delta 13 patch "R12.AD.C.Delta.13 (Patch 32394134)", the patch failed on the script ademusr.sql due to insufficient privileges.

STEPS
--------
1. Following Doc ID 1903052.1 to apply AD-TXK Delta 13 patches.
2. Run below command to apply AD patch:
    $ adop phase=apply patches=32394134,33441060,31356927,33862025,34743319,33969707,35280950 merge=yes

Changes

 Upgrading the AD-TXK Delta level to 13.
