Projects Funds Check Analyzer Does Not Complete with Output and It Errors in Execution: 'INVALID ARGUMENT: Invalid project ID - this project ID does not exist or does not have budgetary control enabled' (Doc ID 2966176.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the EBS Projects Funds Check Analyzer for a particular project, this does not complete to provide the expected output report and its log file shows an error:

 

ERROR:

**************************************************

**** The analyzer did not run to completion!

**** INVALID ARGUMENT: Invalid project ID - this project ID does not exist or does not have budgetary control enabled.

**** Please rerun the analyzer with proper parameter value.

*** WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING ***

***************************************************************

*** Invalid parameters provided. Process cannot continue.

Parameter Values

1. Project_ID: <id here>

2. Task_ID: <id here>

3. Maximum Rows to Display: 2000

4. Debug Mode: Y

Error in validate_parameters at step: 8

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. As System Administrator, run the Analyzer by using the steps in Doc ID 2231479.1 - EBS Projects (PA) Funds Check Analyzer

2. Get error in the log file generated by the Analyzer (the log file would be identified based on the location set up by Sysadmin for the Temp table)
