Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Order fails to create in Global Trade Management (GTM) due to invalid address being sent as a Sold_To address, but this address does not exist in GTM.
Address picked as Sold_To address is not visible or related to the specific customer record for which the order was entered for.
Code is not checking if the sold_to address being selected is associated with customer account or not.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that export compliance would check and verify that the sold_to address chosen is associated with customer on the sales order.
STEPS
---------
1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Order Organizer > Enter new Sales order with Export Compliance workflow
3) Book the order
4) Order is sent to GTM for export compliance screening.
5) Fails due to random, unassociated sold_to address.
