In the Maintain Transactions page - when searched with an Invoice number and dates, results are displayed. However, when the Invoice number is entered - there are no results

Replication Steps
1. Navigation: Oracle Incentive Compensation ->Compensation Manager -> Tasks -> Transactions -> Maintain Transaction page
2. When searched with an Invoice number and dates, results are displayed
3. When searched with an Invoice number only, there's no result
