Symptoms
When learner try to enroll/book on a course while using Learner Self-Service responsibility the following error occurs on the application page.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. (N) Learner Self-Service responsibility -> Go to Learner Home function.
2. Go to Catalog -> Find needed course by navigating the Catalog.
3. Click on Enroll button -> Error is raised on the application page
