Symptoms

While releasing an invoice in the invoice review form (PAXINRVW Projects module), the user is getting the error:

      FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-01422


The user may also encounter the following error in the form when trying to save an invoice in released status:

ORA-01403: no data found



Steps to Reproduce:

1. With a projects responsibility go to: Billing => Invoice Review Form => Identify the Invoice which needs release => Press Release button

2. Notice the error
