Symptoms


While auditing the expense reports, users are not able to download/view the attachments.

This is causing issue as its important to audit the expense report before sending it for invoicing process.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The auditors should be able to review the attachments to assist them with determining whether to pass the expense report for payment.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Internet Expense Audit Manager Responsibility, Log in as the Expense Report Auditor
2. Query an expense report that requires auditing
3. Select the attachments to view
4. The hyper link is there, but nothing opens when it is selected.
