Symptoms

After upgrading to AD TXK Delta 14, ADOP Prepare phase fails with error "ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'EBS_SYSTEM.EBS_LOGON'" and" ORA-38802: edition does not exist".

STEPS
-------
1. Source the Run environment.
2. Execute:
$ adop phase=prepare

Upgrade to AD-TXK Delta 14.
