When entering final close date on end employment form getting below error message

ERROR

APP-PER-7207: The mandatory argument Notified Termination Date value cannot be null.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain > Query Ex- employee 

2. Go to Others>End Employment

3. Enter final close date where notiified term date is blank

4.. Error occurs on save
