What Are Setup Requirements and Implications When Setting Up an Operating Unit (OU) as Project Expenditure/Event Organization? (Doc ID 2967217.1)

There is a common HR organization which is being used across Business Group for employee assignment. 

For one of the OUs (Operating Units), user wants to enable the same organization as Project Expenditure/Event Organization. They do not want associate this organization to any specific OU.

Will there be any impact on other OUs if they are not using any of its features or any approval hierarchy linked to this organization?
