When updating Deduction u/s 80D amount to null on Tax Declaration page the element entry is updated on sysdate instead of deleting the element entry for employee


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Professional Self Service > Search Tax Declarations > Query Employee
2. Update the Deduction Us/ 80D to null
3. Run QuickPay and go to View Results > SOE
