Single Touch Payroll Reconciliation Report output shows Tax Treatment Code as 5 characters long which is not in sync with the same column values of STP Validation and STP XML reports which show 6 characters as per ATO guidelines.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: AU HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request
3. Run Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022
4. Run Single Touch Payroll Reconciliation Report
5. Check the output
