Whether calculate balance owed in invoice workbench considers tax amount when it shows prepayment amount remaining.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to Payables responsibility
2. Navigate to Invoices > Invoices.
3. In the Find Invoices, enter the Supplier number
4. Tab out of the supplier number field
5. Click the "Calculate Balance Owed" button.
6. On the "Calculate Balance Owed" form, enter the Operating Unit
7. Then click the Calculate Button.
8. It will show Unpaid Amount, Future Dated Payment and Available prepayment
