AU: The Seeded Element 'Balance Initialization STP2' Is Not Available Till Final Process Date (Doc ID 2967367.1)

The newly available seeded element 'Balance Initialization STP2' is setup with Termination Rule as 'Last Standard Process' and so is not available for selection in the List of Values of Adjust Balance or Element Entries till Final Process date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Others > End Employment

2. Terminate the employee.
Below are the example dates:
Actual = 15-Jul-2023
Last Standard = 31-Jul-2023
Final Process = 31-Aug-2023

3. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Assignment > Others > Adjust Balance

4. Set the effective date to 31-Aug-2023

5. Select the element from the list of values

6. The element does not show

Note: The element is available only till the Last Standard Process date i.e., 31-Jul-2023
