Goal
Under 12.2.11 note 2818351.1 (Oracle Project Billing Release Notes for Release 12.2.11), the note outlines the Estimated Tax functionality under section 3.1 (3.1 Viewing and Calculating Proforma Invoice - Estimated Tax). Therefore, it appears the new functionality is available only in 12.2.11.
Per note 2894964.1 (The 'View Consolidated Invoice Review' Page Shows an 'Estimated Tax Amount' at the Header Level but Not the Draft Invoice Level), it appears that the Estimated Tax functionality could also be applied under patch 34484496:R12.PJB.C (1OFF:34353319:ESTIMATED TAX ON VIEW CONSOLIDATED INVOICE DETAILS PAGE DOES NOT S) that would require to be on top of 12.2.7 or higher.
It is confusing whether the Estimated Tax functionality is available only in 12.2.11 or on 12.2.7 or higher.
Is the Estimated Tax functionality available in Apps version 12.2.10 and below?
