Symptoms
When attempting to run the Contract Expert Rules for a Contract and then enter response to the Expert Rule question by clicking on the LOV Poplist, the associated value set Description is displayed instead of the Value. The poplist displays Description and not the value set value. Business users enter the actual data in value field and description is only an expansion and sometimes can be same for multiple values and this causes confusion to users while answering the questions and it is not possible to effectively answer the Expert Rule questions.
The Issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contracts Workbench User Responsibility
2. Query for a contract and run Expert Rules
3. Attempt to enter a response to Expert Rule Question by clicking on answers LOV poplist and observe that the
associated value set Description is displayed and not the Value.
