While attempting to create an Expense Report, only Default location (i.e. All Other Location) is appearing in the Expense Report Location LOV

STEPS

1.Navigate to the Internet Expenses Responsibility
2.Create an Expense Report
3 Enter expense details
4.Observed that only Default location (i.e. All Other Location) is appearing
   in the Expense Report Location LOV .
