Symptoms

Document Transfer Summary screen is showing Transaction Number 999999999999 in Failed Status

 

Reproducible Steps

Responsibility: Receivables responsibility

Navigation: Print Documents > Document Transfer Summary

  1. Enter field From Transaction Number: 999999999999
  2. Enter field To Transaction Number: 999999999999
  3. Click Search
  4. Click Edit

    It shows:

    The Oracle XML Gateway processing engine encountered the following error while processing transaction type AR and document number XXXXXXX.
    ORA-20002: 6013: Error while processing XML document in SENDDIRECT mode : 'ORA-31011: XML parsing failed'. For further details, see the log corresponding to FND-Logging AFLOG MODULE Name: 'ecx.plsql.trig.AR.PROCESS_INVOICE.XXXXXXX.XXXXXXX.log
