R12.2 AGIS When Click on Outbound Transaction Create Button Get Error: JBO-27019: Get method for attribute "StatusMeaning" in FunTrxBatchVO2 could not be resolved (Doc ID 2967875.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create an Advanced Global Intercompany (AGIS) Outbound Transaction using the 'Create' button, encountering the following error on the Create Batch: Header and Transactions page:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Login to Intercompany Super User responsibility 

2. Navigate to Transaction > Outbound

3. Click on Create button to create AGIS batch and  Create Batch: Header and Transactions page is opened

4. Get Error Page near the Status field on the opened Create Batch: Header and Transactions page
 

Changes

The error appeared after applying AD and TXK Delta 14 patches and ATG Delta 9 patch.
