Standard Business Event Of Sales Order Line Cancellation Is Not Getting Triggered (Doc ID 2967882.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Standard Business Event (oracle.apps.ont.oi.xml_int.status) is not getting triggered, while cancelling Order line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Business Event should get fired.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to OM Super User Responsibility
  2. Create a Processing Constraint with the operation of Cancel and User Action 'Raise Integration Event' with validation Template as 'Scheduled'.
  3. Go to Sales Order form, enter or query an existing order (in Booked status)
  4. Cancel an Order Line
