GST E-Invoice: QR Code Image Not Generated After A Recent JAI Patching

Symptoms
QR code image is not showing in the India Tax Details form.
QR code image should be visible in India Tax Details after performing an IRN Import.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Receivables > Create a Receivables transaction.
2. Add Taxes from India tax Details and complete the transaction.
3. Process for E-invoicing and import the IRN references.
4. Notice that the QR code field is blank and image is not getting correctly populated.
Changes
The issue may be encountered after applying a JAI patch.
