Error "Save Error: Section Duplication Failed" Occurs While Trying To Duplicate Section In Istore (Doc ID 2968052.1)

Symptoms

While trying to duplicate section in iStore, following error occurs.

Error: "Save Error: Section Duplication Failed"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Select iStore Administrator responsibility
  2. Navigation iStore Merchant>>Sites>> Catalog>> Hierarchy>> Select a Catalog under Root Section
    Root -> Ex. XX New Catalog
  3. Select the section, click on 'Duplicate' button and then click on 'Apply' Button
  4. Get above error
