Symptoms
When attempting to create Repair Order following error occurs.
ERROR

"service activity selected for the logistics line is not defined for the item's billing type."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Service > Service Requests > Create Service Request
1. Create a Service Request in Repair Order header.
2. Enter information for the Repair Order, and save.
