Symptoms
EBS Payroll System is refunding the Canadian Pension Plan (CPP) deduction after entering the election date on the CPT30 form for any employee.
CPP should be zero NOT refunding.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Using CA SUPER HRMS or Equivalent Responsibility> Navigate to Employee > Tax Form -> Enter CPP Election Date.
2. Submit a QuickPay.
3. Observe the CPP deduction refunds instead of being at zero.

Entered Election Date on the CPP30 Form Election to Stop Contributing to the Canada Pension Plan, or Revocation of a Prior Election.
