View Transactions Page Error "Lease Number - Select a Valid Value" When Querying for Leases with Multiple Locations (Doc ID 2968230.1)

In View Transactions page the following issue was identified:
When user try to choose lease number which has more than 1 location code or more than the same lease name, system does not pick the lease and error message appears "Lease Number - Select a Valid Value".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. navigate to Property Manager responsibility > Transactions->View Transactions
2. in View transactions page enter the Lease number value (for a Lease with 2 Locations defined) -> press Go
3. error displayed Error Lease Number - "Select a valid value"
