Goal

Users created a new project agreement, navigated to the 'Fund Projects' form,  entered the Project, Date, Funding Amount and Classification (Original), and on saving the record, the following error is received:

  Is there a query that would help determine which records or under what circumstances / conditions this error occurs?  Users are adding the first 'Original' funding classification line on a NEW Agreement.
