Symptoms

RMA's are stuck in a Booked status with the following line workflow error:


Line Flow - Return for Credit with Receipt Return Receiving - Line ERROR

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders Workbench, Order Organizer
3. Query the Order in Booked status and do Action Progress
4. Receive Error : Line Flow - Return for Credit with Receipt Return Receiving - Line ERROR
#STUCK R_RMA_FOR_CREDIT_WH_SHIPMENT RMA_RECEIVING_SUB

Note: Retry Activities in Error program does not resolve the issue
