CLM Award Mod Disappeared After Workflow Error: ORA-06512: at "APPS.PO_SIGNATURE_PVT" At Activity UPDATE_SIGN_DETAILS (Doc ID 2969612.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Some modifications submitted on CLM awards are disappeared/deleted after submitting for approval and due to an error in the signature process at activity 'Update Signature Details'.
Not able to query these modifications from award modification summary page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expected, modifications should be available in the application and able to query from award modification summary page.


STEPS
1. Navigate to CLM Purchasing responsibility -> Buyer Work Center ->Awards -> Modifications.
2. Search by Award.
3. Search results show, No results found.
4. However, Status Monitor -> Workflow Activities page shows Modification with status Error at Activity 'Update Signature Details'.
