Symptoms

After upgrade to 19C database, getting below error message on opening the Web Application Desktop Integrator (Web ADI) document.  

You have encountered an unexpected error.Please contact your System Adminstrator for assistance.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into the responsibility: Desktop Integrator
2. Create Document
3. Above error message will be displayed in the Create Document Page.

Changes

 Database upgraded to 19c
