ORA-06502 Error When Creating Service Request For Instances Without Contracts (Doc ID 2970399.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create Service Requests for instances that do not have Contracts, the following error is displayed:

Errors
ORA-06502: PL/SQL numberic or value error



Steps
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
Query one item from the install base which doesn't have a contract
Enter the Problem Summary
Save

Click on Charges

The error above is displayed.
