WebADI Asset Addition Uploading Asset With Deprecation Enabled When The Asset Category Set Up Without Depreciation Enabled (Doc ID 2970443.1)

Symptoms

Adding an asset via Web ADI to a newly created category that is defined to not depreciation.
After the asset is uploaded view in Prepare Mass Additions form and the asset shows the depreciation check box is checked.

The expectation is that this box not be checked, matching the asset category setup.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
-----------------------------------------
1) Using Oracle Assets responsibility.

2) Define an Asset Category for Land that does not have the Depreciate check box checked.
Navigation: Setup -> Asset System -> Asset Categories.

3) Using the Web ADI addition template, upload a new Asset to this category. 

4) Query this asset in Prepare Mass Additions from and see that the depreciation check box is checked.
Navigation: Mass Additions -> Prepare Mass Additions.

Changes

 Using a newly created asset category that is defined without the depreciate check box checked.
