Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Updated NAISC codes from 2022 does not show up in EEO reporting.
Additionally NAICS codes in FND_LOOKUP_VALUES are not up-to-date to the 2022 release of the NAICS codes from census.gov

Steps to Reproduce:
- Using 'US HRMS Manager' responsibility -> Run any of the EEO reports
The Updated NAISC codes from 2022 does not show up. - Additionally running the SQL below does not return the NAICS codes for 2022:
select * from FND_LOOKUP_VALUES where lookup_code = '541715' and lookup_type like '%NAICS%';
