Change Reason Value Does Not Default To NULL In Worker Status Change: Assignment Page Under Worker Status Change Function In Manager Self-Service (Doc ID 2970816.1)

Symptoms

On : Assignment Change

Change Reason value does not default to NULL (No Value)  in 'Worker Status Change: Assignment' page under Assignment Status region .

  1. Navigate to ‘Manager Self-Service’ responsibility -> Worker Status Change Function
  2. In 'Worker Status Change:People in Hierarchy' page
       Click Action icon for the selected employee.
  3. Select Effective Date Options, Click Continue button. 
  4. In 'Worker Status Change: Assignment' page under Assignment Status region the Change Reason does not default to NULL (No value), rather it shows a Change Reason value. 

    Note: Even if you make page personalization to set the value to NULL it still shows value for Change Reason.
