Symptoms
On : Assignment Change
Change Reason value does not default to NULL (No Value) in 'Worker Status Change: Assignment' page under Assignment Status region .
- Navigate to ‘Manager Self-Service’ responsibility -> Worker Status Change Function
- In 'Worker Status Change:People in Hierarchy' page
Click Action icon for the selected employee. - Select Effective Date Options, Click Continue button.
- In 'Worker Status Change: Assignment' page under Assignment Status region the Change Reason does not default to NULL (No value), rather it shows a Change Reason value.
Note: Even if you make page personalization to set the value to NULL it still shows value for Change Reason.
