Aging in Advanced Collections Different from AR Aging (Doc ID 297102.1)

Symptoms

The Aging tab of IEXRCALL doesn't match the Aging form in Accounts Receivable.  In Advanced Collections, the Current bucket shows $0 and invoices with a negative balance do not show in any bucket.
