Even After Assigning Manage Proxies Role To the User Manage Proxies Option Is Not Shown in EBS Home Page (Doc ID 2971903.1)

Symptoms

Issue occur with All users, when assigning "Manage Proxies" role to the users "Manage Proxies" option is Not shown at EBS Home page -> Settings.

Below are the issue replication steps:

  1. Login with SYSADMIN user.
  2. Go to "User Management" responsibility -> Users -> search for the user to whom you want to assign "Manage Proxies" role (say UserA).
  3. Click on Update icon
  4. At "Roles" (tab) click on "Assign Roles" button.
  5. Search for "Manage Proxies" role and assign it.
  6. Login with the "UserA" and click on "Settings" (Gear icon)
  7. "Manage Proxies" option is Not listed.

Changes

Upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10
