R12: CE: Error in Bank Statement Cashflow Creation Program "ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small" Due to Size of Cashflow Description Field Not Increased to 2000 (Doc ID 2971909.1)

Symptoms

After patch 34731274:R12.CE.C is applied user observed that bank statement line description size has been changed from 1000 to 2000. However the description size of cashflow does not increase to 2000, and it remains 1000.

This has caused "Bank Statement Cashflow Creation" request going into error when there are statement line description with size more than 1000.

Below error is seen in log file.

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CE_JE_CREATION", line 1043
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CE_JE_CREATION", line 840
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CE_JE_CREATION



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply 34731274:R12.CE.C

2. Cash Management > Bank Statements > Create a Bank statement line where description is more than 1000 characters

3. Cash Management > Other > Requests > Run > Run Bank Statement Cashflow Creation program, it ends in error
