R12: Tax: Cannot Add More Than 13 Row for Tax Condition Set on Update Tax Rule Page (Doc ID 2972185.1)

Symptoms

In the Determining Factor and Condition of Update Tax Rule page, cannot add more than 13 rows.

Repeatedly pressing "Add Another Row" button will add rows without any problem up to the 12th row.
But after adding the 13th row, the Loading icon appears. Then, following errors are displayed. Cannot add more than 13 row.

Error
Row XX Condition Set Code - Please enter a valid condition set code.
Row XX Status Result - Please enter a result.
Row XX Error - The condition set requires at least one valid tax condition.

This error always occurs when trying to add more than 13 rows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Launch the Tax Rule page on Tax Manager
2.Search the existing Tax rule, and then click the Edit button.
3.On the Update Tax Rule page, click the Next button.
4.On the Determining Factor and Condition page, press the "Add Another Row" button.
5.Then, added a new row.
6.Repeatedly pressing "Add Another Row" button will add rows without any problem up to the 12th row. But after adding the 13th row, the Loading icon appears.
7.Then some errors are displayed. Cannot add more than 13 row.
