Symptoms

When user run PRC: Created and Distribute Burden Transactions: If no project is entered, the system processes some of the projects but not all. The only way to identify which projects still need to be processed is to run the exception report.

After running the exception report, if they run PRC: Created and Distribute Burden Transactions and enter the project number (that appears on the exception report), one project at a time, the data for these projects is processed.

If they run PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions for a Range of Projects wide open nothing is processed.

If they run PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions for a Range of Projects and specify a range of projects some projects are processed but not all.

The PASDUC_BURDEN: PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions process completes with following error in the EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period:

Exception Reason : This item has not been processed by burden summarization 

Corrective Action :  Run the burden summarization process

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

  1. Log into to a Projects responsibility
  2. Navigate to Other > Requests > Run
  3. Submit the process; PASDUC_BURDEN: PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions
  4. Review EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period
