After 12.2.11 Upgrade, Apply Button Is Missing In Item Simple Search Page While Adding An Item In A Batch (Doc ID 2972437.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
In 12.2.11 upgraded instance, the "Apply" button is missing to allow the selected SKUs to be added to the Batch. But the same scenario is working as expected in 12.2.5

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Global Product Information Management responsibility -> Item Catalog -> Item Simple Search
2. Select the Items -> Choose Publish and click on GO.
3. Provide a Batch Name and select Add To Batch
4. This will direct to the Advanced Search page. Here, click on Simple Search.
5. Type-in a different Item and click on Search.
6. Apply button will be missing in the Simple Search page, which should add the next Item to the same Batch.

 Upgraded to 12.2.11
