Cannot Drop LPN. Get Error: WMS_TD_PICK_DROP_FAIL Error in TXN Manager (Doc ID 297245.1)

You are trying to drop LPN's using Mobile Apps and receive the following error in the Telenet window:

WMS_TD_PICK_DROP_FAIL Error in TXN Manager :Transaction Processor error
Error: The delivery line 168886 could not be packed into the container 13100076 because the grouping attributes did not match.
Error: The inventory item is either invalid or has not been defined in the specified organization.

The error only occurs for old orders. New orders process successfully.
It also only occurs in one organization. All other organizations are working correctly.

Pick release a sales order.
Load all the tasks onto LPN's.
Attempt to DROP the LPNs.
After confirming the Drop Off location, click on DROP, and get error:
WMS_TD_PICK_DROP_FAIL: Error in Txn Manager. Transaction Processor error.

You have made changes to location for the Inventory Organization.
