Actual Behavior
When an LPN is cycle counted in a location that is different from the count location, the user entered quantity is added to the existing LPN qty instead of replacing it.

Expected Behavior
When an LPN is cycle counted in a location that is different from the count location, the user entered quantity will replace the quantity.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Mobile telnet application
2. Cycle Count
3. Enter cycle count name, LPN, quantity and all other required data
4. Complete the cycle count
5. User entered quantity is getting added to the existing quantity instead of replacing it.
