In HRMS Search Panels, Need to Suppress National Identifier Information (Doc ID 2972683.1)

Goal

In order to tighten security, needing a way to suppress National Identifier in the People > Search panel.
When entering the panel, all employee National Identifiers are visible, and this is considered undesirable for some organizations.

Is there a way to personalize the search panel in the People form to accomplish this?
And can that personalization also extend to other search panels, as it appears the National Identifier information is available in other forms as well.

Navigation to verify this:
US Super HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain > Search > Enter wildcard search
