Symptoms
When attempting to load data in the returns dashboard, below error is seen from the concurrent request log file
There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule OE_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_RMA_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset ont-rlines for job 25,088
Value can't be null for update by query
Value can't be null for update by query
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to ECC Developer responsibility.
2. Submit 'OM Command Center Returns Data Load' program with parameter - Month returned set to null (for the first time uses of Returns Dashboard).
3. Open the log file of request and check if it processed the data or not.
