Symptoms

When running PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs process, the following rejection reason code for several expenditures occurs:

INV_DATA (Missing data on expenditure item)

End dated class codes are used for the problem projects.  Changed the class codes end date to reflect the latest expenditure item date for the problem expenditures.  Reran the process, but the rejections still occurs with INV_DATA.

Replication Steps:

1. > Projects responsibility > Other > Requests > Run.
2. Run the process, PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs, for all projects.
3. Review the output file for rejections.
