ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Oracle Install Base Logs not showing meaningful error details for transaction type CSIRMAFL

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Enable CSI profile options
2. (R)Oracle Installed Base Admin Responsibility
3. (N) Transaction errors Processing
4. Query on the Problematic order
5. Check the Processed flag and and save
6. Run the concurrent program 'Resubmit Interface Process' with the 'SELECTED' option.
7. In log file shows un-helpful error message 'User-Defined Exception'

Changes

This issue initially emerged after upgrading from version 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 . Previously, specific error messages were encountered 'Transaction Details are Mandatory for Cancellation / RMA Fulfillment', which later transitioned to "User-Defined Exception" errors post-upgrade.
