Symptoms
When creating Notes in the HTML Contact Center for a Customer, the Notes Infotile displays
notes entries alongwith html tags.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer Support (R)
2. Navigate to HTML Contact Center
3. Query for a Customer > Notes Infotile
4. Create Note and save
5. Now in the Infotile, under the Recent Notes it displays notes with html tags
